Ascension didn't fully work

My account ascended according to main but can't log in to server with details I have for main.

It said a account was already in use by tazomatic but that was a deleted account, I changed my name to tazomat so i could ascend quickly has had resources out but details do not work for ascended.

I checked my login info as what main uses and it says That account does not appear to exist.

Ok quick update still no access and the forgot pass sends me my old account info which was deleted.

Ok still nothing think I might delete account and start again, was only first ascension so shouldn't take me that long to get back that, thats if it works.
