It is so long since I have bought stuff, if I am on PPT (using last weeks one) and I buy goods, do I get forced on a NEW PPT. i.e Use one for this week as I do not want the PPT I want the resource and keep my 2 PPTs this week?

If you buy from the black market you get an hours ppt which doesn't count, If you buy a ss or uss you get 48 hours which does count.
