TOC Boost Not Fully Functional in Plague Tournament

This may be the way it is supposed to work, but incase it's not I thought I would report it. I have boosted my LF max in the powerup screen, and it has indeed increased my TOC for ascended attacks. It however has not boosted my TOC for Blitz Syphon. My Attacking strength has remained the same throughout the entire tournament (Not talking about the amount I syphon, the amount of damage I do). I also noticed I only build LF up to natural max and stop instead of going up to boosted max.

Blitz siphon damage is taken from your Natural Ascended Life Force so having a Toc demi on or off will not change this.

Also your LF will not go into your over boost because you are not over your LFR max for over boost to kick in.
