Says another account is on my IP address?

I tried spying account 12120

and I get this message:

I'm using latest version of firefox.

My NG is *Darktower 12204
Main is Ireland 7427

I can spy him with my main but not my NG?

That's because your the last person to hit that account, that being your main, so now you can not spy or hit him on you ng account, until someone else hits him.
