as mentioned in title, I think it explains all.
Is there any valid reason for why not allowing to make greater multiples?
I would embrace the idea of being able to do trades of multiples greater than 5
what about raising the max multiple of trades from 5 to 10

Doesn't happen often - but I had a change of heart and decided to reopen this!
You need to bear in mind that the current level of trades is adequate for the majority, and for those that it isn't, it is possible to 'trade' market turns on the black market - adding a bit of spice to the game in the form of risk.
The problem with increasing the number of trades is that it gives the alrady a powerful and rich players more access to the market, and thgus more control over it - to a point where a handful of the richest/most powerful could quite easily control/dominate it.

i'm not one of the richest players (by faaaar) yet i still trade only in multiples of 5, which is no problem for me in terms of gathering up those rescources needed, but if it were possible to do a pultiple of 6 or more i'd' use that instead

Some people are not even rich enough to trade in multiples of 2 (or 1 for that matter). Having the limit as it is means that the richer playesr are restricted and therefore do not have too much advantage over those who aren't so rich - i.e. they cannot buy up all of one resource while the poorer player is still saving up!

That would be pointless. The point of the game is not to punish those players who have worked for (or bought, in some peoples case -.-) their rank

true that.
and wolf... i'd say tough luck for those lower ranked. I mean I see many people having 30k army and being in rank 1500. I mean it's their own fault if they want to build up their att and def and have a pretty much stagnated strength increase. with 5-10k miners you can't doo too much real fast. and definitely not trade in multiples of more than 1. But everyone has their own tactic. Just, some tactics are much better than others.

you cant make the amounts smaler cso then all the noobs we buy market turns off of will use them , dont want that there ours
aren't generally suggestions made to make the gap between strong and weak closer? I mean. the high ranking players should be in reach by a player who would sign up today......
(i know it would take a hell of a lot time)
