at wat alert level should i keep it at for all times say.. like none low or medium
high and crit will cost to much i bet anyway

Keep it on none while you're around or will be back soon. Unless you expect sabotage. If you're leaving for a while you can set it so your naquadah doesn't grow too fast and causes people to attack you. Just set it, see your income and calculate at what time your gonna become a target. Set the level accordingly.
As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.
If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.
