making officer Colonel

i think making one of your officers the "insert title here" should give them something like more % of your income or something.. otherwise it's just stupid and buggy and alot of people dont like having "insert titel here"

I aplaud the fact that you suggeted somethign when you bashed the current system. To many just bash without having something to put back.

However, since that is a suggesting you might want to consider posting it in the suggestion forum where it can be debated and possibly implemented.
