SIEGE TECH and FORTIFICATION LIKE SPY LEVELS
I think siege tech should go up by 5% every time we upgrade and it doesn't stop going up, but it gets stupendisly costly like lv3 500k, lv4 1mil, lv5 4mil, lv6 10mil, lv 7 18mil, lv 8 32mil and it just doubles from there on

Do we need more siege/fortification levels??
At the moment I don't think we do - perhaps if new features are brought into the game - motherships, iris - then these can be incorporated into seige and fortification.

Don't! Just...don't!You recieved 980 Naquadriah in exchange for 490,000 Units!
i think that we should have a total of 15 seige or fort levels. they should start at a price of 20,000 naq and then double each time. and have a constant increase rate of 25% each upgrade bought. Asgard get 33% defense for each fort bought and tauri get 33% strike for each seige bought. this holds true to the replicator spy bonus.

they would get the 10% off respectively
That seems somewhat excessive. Replicators get 10% off the Covert Levels only. Tauri and Asguard would get 10% off their specialty weapons, troops and level upgrades.
I'm not entirely sure how this could really be implemented. Do the 2 or 3 upgrades each race has stay the same, or are they only 5% increases now?

since it would be annoying to change it it could only go after the siege tech % already put in

Nor I - they get a fair few things cheaper already (and are acclaimed as the "best races" by many), so leave them be.
If such a system were to be implemented though, it would be nice to see some heavy diversion between the four races. For example...
Asgard get the cheapest fortification levels, by a significant degree.
Tauri similarly get the cheapest siege levels.
That is where those two races have a firm speciality. Now rather than simply giving the Replicators and Goa'uld the middle ground, why not specialise each one in a slightly different way?
Goa'uld gain a slight % bonus to all their income for each extra fortification level they purchase.
Replicators gain +1 to their unit production for each level of fortification they purchase (They are called Replicators for a reason... would be cool to see that reflected a little in the game).
Just my 2.5 cents.

Yes, I do nelieve the Replicator bonus is now worth almost nothing. Sabbing has not the prestige it once had, spying is useful, and no extra income to buy all the other stuff. A unit production bonus should be implememnted, as JGG said, they ARE REPLICATORS!
Because right now every other race has a large advantage over the replis since the sab advantage was destroyed. IL'm not repli, so I'm not whining... but it is one of those oddities.
