I've noticed that there are a few newbies out there who have no clue about the game, and they are forced to wait for replies on the forum. I suggest a team of 'newbie guides' who would help them understand, and give them 'LIVE' help through some sort of interface. What do u all think?
I've got a list of potential helpers here: http://www.stargatewars.com/phpBB2/view ... 2661#22661

Not to rain on anyone's parade here, but, there is a newbie forum, and I don't think I've ever seen a question go unanswered in there.
Also, there is an inhabited SGW chatroom, and I'm sure anyone in there will be willing to help out (add the link in my sig to yours dammit >.<).
I think the best way for newbies to learn is through observation, but, I suppose if there is someway to 'enhance' the already available options, go for it.

What if everyone on the team has a tag added next to their name (kind of like supporters used to) so that players that don't go on the forums might be able to see who they can message with questions...also if this is done...add it in the rules page so that they know what it means.
And yeah i'm happy to participate in that
