How long before I can sabotage again?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

How long before I can sabotage again?

I just sabotaged a guy eight times in a row, and got the standard message that there had been too much covert activity against him to do it anymore. How long do I have to wait before I can sab again?
