if im my own commander is the naq bonus automatically set to 30% and i get the 15% UP boost?

im still a little foggy in this situation so any help would be great.

As own commander, you get 10% income and 10% up to yourself, independently from the Officier Settings. Without any commander you get 20% to up.

I think you have it backwards Emma. No commander is 10% bonus to both income and UP, self commander is 20% UP boost only.
