You need untrained troops. For each untrained troop you get 50 naq per turn (with a 12.5naq bonus per troop as you are Goa'uld).

to get untrained troops you have to get someone to click on your link (found in hq) and you can click it yourself every 24 hours you get 1 untrained troop also under training at the bottom there is something that increses troops every 24 hours try to get that

What if you're not getting any income or turns? The thing says yada naq in 0 min and next turn in 0 min and its been like that for a few hours now. What's wrong with it?

this happens from time to time. not often. but it happens.
time will resume eventually and when it does so will your turns and naq.

nope, you are quite mistaken and if not you need to report it as a bug, you get 1 turn per 30 mins except when nightly server maintenance occurs which is explained RIGHT HERE
