go to the index and look doooowwwwnnn to the recruitment forums, either commander or alliance are available there

Shizune, the power is getting to your head
On topic, I would advise any would-be commanders to thoroughly browse the competition. Not only will this help you avoid foolish looking recruitment posts, but it may help give you a sense of what officers are looking for at this point in time (rewards, naq, protection etc.).

actually i said "a mod" which does not specify me...i'd rather just pull a silly edit on it like psi's "i am a tree" edit ^_^
