Raiding is weird

When you declare war on someone and then raid them how does 300 UP equal 50% of thier 30K in UP? I should have gotten 15K UP instead, right?

I thought Raid only took from .1% to .2% of the enemy untrained, not 50%.
(Granted it's been a long time since I last raided, but I don't remember seeing any changes.)

The percentages are 1-3% of their uu I believe. It changes ofcourse according to declared war and whatnot though.

it definately changes, when i was raiding today it went from about 750 uu to 350 uu and then back up again

Well because it ranges from 1% to 3% there is a 3 fold difference possibility. I always test raid someone a few times to make sure I am not just having bad luck the first time.

first turn usually i never believe the first reuslt

secound turns tells me if realm alert is on and secound results of raid

third turn tells me if the UU is "stable" when raiding them

My understanding is that the first raid gets more than the second or third. However if you wait 30 minutes, the first raid is higher again.

you don't get 50% of their UU when you declare war, you get 50% More then you would if you didn't Declare war. I believe.
