Negative Defcon/Realm Alert

This appeared on my command base stats today. Can't say when exactly it happened, I post this as soon as I noticed it:

Realm Damage Meter -0 Percent
Outstanding Activity: Attacks Defended: 0 | Attacks Not Defended: -2

Not sure how this will affect my account, but thought I'd let the admins know.
