Untraining Spies

I've untrained my spies 4 times to test this, every time I train them to miners, it shows the miner amount go up, it takes the naq but still shows I have the spies,

If I untrain the spies again, it take the number out of MINERS and the naq is spent training them back to miners and again still shows that I have the spies
