Officers all seem to be around the same id's, 2 even named extremely similar. none advanced any in rank and all have a decent up with lots of UU left out.

On a side note... Not acusing anyone of cheating or multiing. i just find it abit strange to have so may officers who never advanced and most of which are a few hundread if not less id's apart
