Broker is bugged

i tried doing a broker for 1k At to someone on main with 3462 AT, it wouldnt go through. he then tried brokering me for 1k AT (when i trie ddoing this i had 1020 AT), it still didnt work.

it says "That would put them over the maximum amount of turns they can hold." but i know we both are not over the AT limit.
