Personal Constitution

Whats every1's level in this? I started to upgrade this with descension on the horizon. now at lvl 18. 8)

There was someone who had it at level 50. Try descending him.

If repulsion works the way it sounds like it will, then I reckon that will be the stat to boost. Nothing says "owned" like redirecting incoming waves of cosmic energy and using your opponents own attacks against them.
