Whats every1's level in this? I started to upgrade this with descension on the horizon. now at lvl 18.

There was someone who had it at level 50. Try descending him.

Lol, not even worth it I recon. Although, as you say. Impossible to descend.

If repulsion works the way it sounds like it will, then I reckon that will be the stat to boost. Nothing says "owned" like redirecting incoming waves of cosmic energy and using your opponents own attacks against them.
