Max attacks and Phasing????

Max attacks and Phasing????

i'm not sure if this has been answered as yet... i'm guessing it has but i can't find where

i was reading something last week about there being a limit on how many attacks happen. my question's are as follows...

how does this work, is it an inbound attack... in other words how many attacks i can get, or an outbound one, how many someone can do to me at once.

the reason is that just over an hour ago i was hit 189 times. (just under 7 pages of attacks) by the same person. 15 of those we're for 15 turns, the rest for only 1 turn. it's the most i've been attacked, but not the first time i've been Massed like this. hell, i can't even attack anyone cause it keeps saying
You are still out of corporal existence, repairing and recovering from your own damage. You must wait...



so HOW THE HELL am i suppose to retailiate... i'm so close to leaving cause of the MASSING going on... hell, last week i lost 60,000 weapons, and 450,000 troops.... give me a god damn Break would you guys....

PS: I'm just very annoyed right now about this... i'vebeen working on building my stuff up and then BANG.... no more anything... so i just needed to get this off my chest
