what are the limits for this phasing out action i though it was 200 attacks against the realm and they get phased out
does it only work if it is a successfull attack or does it not matter
or does it not matter whether or not the realm is set on a defcon level
I have phased people out using less than 200 turns but today I tried to phase someone out and after 700 attack turns yes 700 they were not phased out
IS THIS A BUG OR WHAT? OR HAVE I GOT THIS PHASING OUT THING WRONG ?
