raid/which is uu in a spy report

ok first off sorry if i do something wrong or if my image doesnt show up, new at this.
ok my question has to do with this,

so i am confused if the number of untrained units that i can grab is the 23260 under jafa army or the 125587 under super soldiers or some odd conbination of the two and also if 460 uu is a resonable raid on it with war.

The 23260 number is their uu, the 125,587 is their miners. And 460 uu's is a good raid in my opinion.

Indeed, as long as you are at least making back the cost of turns, it's a good raid.
Remember, you will get 1-2% of a targets UU.
