Turn Counter Stuck

Turn Counter Stuck

My turn count down is stuck at 0min and wont click over so im not getting any turns, please have a look at this for me.

I notice other people with this problem, perhaps some changes r being put into place....

Is this related to the servers (or at least the forum, stargatewars and qunatum all) going down earlier?
