What do undrained Mercinaries do besides cost money.
they do nothing. they just stand there and watch the battles.

Yep, just stand around lookin' stupid all day.
Well, you can also give them to your officers, who then sell them for naq. But, then again, nah.

yeah, that get's to be not worth the money or time, cuz 1,200naq is lost in the process

I guess the only thing they can do is power both ur attack and def meaning less troops to buy

I think you should be able to train them to do other jobs - like fetch the newspaper or go to the shops.

Yeah, should have checked this before spending 40,000 on them. Stupid mercs. Why the hell are they in the game? They don't do a damn thing, why are they there?

Now that I know all of this I am glad I didn't spend that much naq on them.

Yes trained mercs are basically the same as ordianry soldiers of your race, only brought with naq and not needing to use uu to build
