Nox Bug

I believe there is a bug with the Nox insurance. I have war declared on FreeSpirit, and he has war declared back on me which should remove the nox protection. Yet when i look at him there is no attack button

And now the same thing goes for The O-Neill

just turn the nox of mass(or farm?) then turn it back on
