Yes, it's a pet peeve of mine. Infact, most punctuation/grammar/spelling mistakes annoy me in a way. But you get used to it. So many people online don't even bother to type correctly.

Caps don't bother me, but those little high ASCII characters make me want to smash something.

I think its a quite annoying. It's not that hard to throw a capital letter in every once and a while. And contrary to popular belief it does make a difference. It is the height of pathos I think.

capitals dont matter when logging in, the log in system is case sensitive.

but no they dont annoy me, numbers a lots of little symbols in place of letters annoys me, means i have to write thier name down or copy it into word rather than remember it :-D

I would be quite hipocritical (sp?) if i said that annoyed me as my name doesn't start with a capital, I did that because I thought it just looked weird having it start with a capital..just my opinion anyway.
