This person has a signifigant UP, and one would logically assume that they would therefore gain income, between his UP and his commanders.
These strikes are 5 turns apart, does one not think he would gain UU in 5 turns? thus increasing income?

we agree that should normally happen... (at least it does for us...) there is problably some strange, yet logical explaination for this...
