Aol-Firefox IP discrepancy

I have heard rumours that people on the main server create accounts with AOL then let the turns build up, trade then attack. This is cheating isn't it?

congrats on your first post, and i believe it is know as 'multi-ing'

it is absolutely abainst the rules, but is very difficult for admin to differ between genuine multi account IP's. I.e. a familly with more than one account.
