can u trade 3.2 bill to the ingame market for SS

how do u trade for SS. can u trade like 3.3 bill for the $10 option there and get it or do u need to buy it from someone

if u have to buy from someone how do u do this.

if you go to your command centre...
look at the bottom right corner...
support this site...
you can pay $10 there for it....
alternatively you can get 1000 g&r points and trade...
