How do I get Siege Tech?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

How do I get Siege Tech?

How do I get Siege Tech, Covert Techs, and Special Techs?

Please help I am at a loss, I think it is suppose to be an option in the armory section but I don't see it!

Click technology and al of it is there, Admin just needs to change the player guide ;)
