I think sab's are too weak
and aslong as ur past their covert action in spies you send you dont do any more damage than if u send twice as many, even more.
when sabing attacks after massing a defence and covert, i can only sab about 25% of the weapons. not much.
more spies, more damage?
cause obviously more spies means bigger losses to you

theres only one problem chris
there has to be some kind of limit otherwise lets say ETL got realy realy bored one day and he started at the bottom of the active ranks and just sabbed everyone
he has the covert and the UU to easily have about 10x cover of any non ascended player so he could destroy almost every weapon in one sab and yea he would take lotsa UU loses but how long do you think it would take him to get it all back????
mean while those people he sabbed would take weeks to recover depending ont he level of damage

He probably just wants covert capacity increased and a little more damage possible. After all this game has gotten incredibly bigger then when the sab limits were imposed.
basically, yea.
altho i understand what ur saying ph30nix, but we can kill practically all of someones covert units with anti, why not alot more, (maybe half-75%) of someones weapons off a sab, modifiers to be taken into account.
maybe a modifier based on army size vs damage possible?
would be good in alliance strikes and massing squads!
this is a war game now, where as when it started it really wasnt

At the moment if you want to do someone damage, sabotage is the last thing that comes to mind.....mass their planets, mass their def, AC their spies....then sab attack weps.
Although that order won't change, the amount of damage you can actually do with sabs is poor....and you can do so few.
Either covert capacity should be increased (not massively), or spying doesn't count towards covert capacity, or the damage done by sabs should be increased.

Why not increase the amount of damage able to be done with sabs or covert capacity at least and then in addition to that make the amount of spies killed in sabotage proportional to the amount of anti covert the person has? And give the person a choice whether they want to send in assasins with their attacks...

I think it is fine how it is is....Right now you can completely take out a persons covert, defense, mothership, and a good bit of their strike with sabs. This would simply mean you could completely take out their strike rendering them completely trashed instead of just mostly
Leave in the ability for people to atleast partially strike back when hit without having to take a month to rebuild to do it. If you want to take out their strike completely you can sit on them for abit... Just takes a little more time and effort than everything else.

but what about people like me who like to see all 0's for thier stats after a massing?
In all honesty, you need a better built account. I don't really like the idea of removing 50 to 75% of someones strike. After all you will be less likely to attack someone when they got a strike that can crush you, but if you can take that strike out???
Keep in mind people, how would it feel if you were the one receiving this?
I think having the ability to strike back after a massing should be kept or you will see more and more abuse.

and? the game has evolved since then.
also, they can still be annoymous if the player already has a weaker covert action and increased sab power gives it more worth to utilise
