there are 2 ways to transfer mercs. 1 is from commander to officer and the second way is to sell them back onto the market and get the person your giving them to to buy them from the market.

obviously the second option is very risky as anyone can buy them once they get on the market so your run loosing your mercs to some1 who just happens to be watching the merc market mid-turn
