All Officers are Alliance Members, and vice versa! None of Stargate_Base's officers have their own officers.
I spied all of them repeatedly, and now I'm too tired to read and understand it all, but I know this much:
All of the accounts have:
at least 20k UU sitting out
Mothership fleets over 500 and under 1k,
at least one Covert or Anti-Covert level at or over 18,
low Covert Action,
some Anti-Covert Action,
lots of investment into a wide variety of weapons,
etc...
All accounts except Asgard_army have:
a UP over 2k, and under 3k;
and a crummy defense, or none at all.
Two of them are on my War List... Replicator_army is a good Unit Farm... Stargate_Base much more so...
Now we can all farm them!!
