How do you produce ascended life forms? And what's God quest?

EDIT: I have tons of ascended life forms and I don't know where to spend it. CAn anyone help me out here?

life force?
spend it in the Power Ups section
things like Charisma, Production and Maximum Energy Capacity are most important.

God quest gathers intel on players personal stats.
ascended defence, energy flow, channeling, max energy capacity, constitution. stuff like that

Normal recon's reveal the rest of a persons stats. with these you can quite accurately judge a players power

So basically I'll spend it all in my Power UP section...but you didn't answered my question, how can you make more ascended LF?

LF comes from Energy Flow, Channeling and Maximum Energy Life Force stats.

look at your Introspection section

Personal Life Force
Ascended Life Force Reserves xxx / xxx
Ascended Life Force xxx / xxx
Ascended Life Force Maximum Level xxx
Ascended Life Force Recovery Rate Per Turn xxx Ascended Life Force
Energy Flow Level xxx
Growth Rate Per Turn While at Maximum xxx Ascended Life Force
Energy Channeling Level xxx

Max Energy Capacity boosts both Growth at max and recovery rates
those can be individually increased tho, but much less effectively. to boost them...

Growth at max --> Energy Channeling stat
recovery rates --> Energy Flow stat


Also, to get additional LF you can exchange your DMU for LF.
10mill dmu = 1k life force.

right, Charisma.

Outward Charisma
How you are viewed within the mortal planes affects your ability to draw loyal followers. This measures your influence in the lower planes, and will affect your rate of cosmic growth.

To decode that, it adds to your influence stat (the hardest one to get high in my eyes, real judge of power IMO) and more importantly to influence/raw growth it boosts your Cosmic Expansion Rate (UP). basically your UP increase by around 250-300 per level. (differs per development level of account)

This is one of, if not the most important stat to have

How about the Production capacity? And would it be better if I balace them out or not?

Production Capacity increase the amount each resource planet makes. i go for a bigger growth so greater miners, but there comes a point where charisma is too expensive and production is a quick and cheap upgrade.

its certainly good to have, but more planets via charisma is a first long term

What's the difference with LF recovery and Growth rate per turn?

recovery is much higher coz it is limited. recovery is flow, getting to the maximum (Ascended Life Force xxx / xXx)

i would focus on channeling (growth rate whilst at maximum) as that allows you to go beyond your limits and exceed the second figure (xXx)

Charisma definantly, channeling is a good one when you can not get max energy capcity.

that is true in some ways. i remember when i ascended altho i read it i found it hard to understand and grasp what was important and how to piece tgether a account. is there a game guide that could be refered to for newer ascendeds in the future?
