Officer Titles

My officers titles never stay after I set them. I will set them and then next turn they are back to the way they were before.

For example, I have 9 officers, I make one Nano Prime, but next turn they ave back to God, and others who shouldnt have a title are back to General and other names they have been given from previous commanders.

I know this doesn't sound like a big bug, but it is a rather annoying one for me. I boost my officers, and the best way to keep track to to change the "nano prime" each week then, they all know who is being boosted too. But since the name doesn't stay, its not a very effective system.
