disappearing up?

ok thjis is liek the third time my up has gone down like 300-400 on the total side with nothing actually happening..my officer didnt ascend or leave his up is the same n he didnt lose ne planets that mita affected that, i havent touched it in a while now, i didnt lose any planets or change the % for officers! why is this happening???

nope hes still there, n the % is same i think..n it never goes up, like he set the % up or down..only down..and the officers officer does not have ne officers (say that ten times fast)

no, i had an officer once who started from my ip (my buddy- tried to get an exception never happened)...but since then he was dismissed when i ascended last, and has gone inactive and not returned to my ranks...
i have two officers now , neither go to my school, or have visited my house lol...so its not that...

my top officer has his own officer, but the up bonus my officer would gain from that up couldnt account for 400-500 of mine disappearing..as it isnt high enuff i believe mebe im wrong
