Unit Production 3,249 /day (3,574 total)

what do the two values mean ?

the 3249 is the amount you would get if you had a commander. the 3574 is what u get because u have no comm, 3249 +10%. if you make yourself your own commander you get 20%.

Naq, if someone else is your commander then you get between 10 and 30% of their income. If you get a high ranked commander then that can be a lot of naq.

first is raw up, this is basicly what you would get with a commander, no officers and no up planets the (3,574) is the total up, this is what you actually get due to what i all i said above
