I noticed this bug while being massed by Cosmosis and later noticed it was happening to me as well when I was massing him back, and massing extremer. It seems that for some reason Nox and Crit aren't working all the time. Some hits will have the delay on them, some won't have the delay, and some will only half a portion of the delay. It's making for some strange warfare to say the least.
NOTE: I'm not accusing anyone of abusing a bug, it seems to be happening to everyone.

yea and i can get nox and crit to be on at the same time without fiddling around with it... i was on crit then turned on nox and turned to none and nox..
