Pianomutt's Late Night Iraqi Rantings :D

Hey everyone, just thought I would put some thoughts out there..




1. Too much hate in forum right now....You all need to watch more cartoons or something. I myself have been watching damn near anything I can find out here. Lucky for me, the Iraqi's must pirate more movies then China haha.


2. I have learned something...I never thought possible. You can play so many video games, that they actually get old over time....grrrr

3. Chow hall food, though better then I remember.....Get's so old over time, that I find myself eating bags of chips and peanut butter sandwiches to survive......Yeah any doctors out there wanna tell me how bad that truely is for my system?


4. I never get enough mail, so let me know if any of you need a penpal lol. (My handwriting sucks btw).

5. This is the only country that i've been to where I find ammo by just walking around. Why by the bathrooms this morning I found 2 5.56 rounds on the ground......wierd

6. Chlorine has taken on a meaning it hasn't had since WWI out here. No longer is it just to clean your pool....It can make you sick as well.(buddy of mine was gassed) Lucky for him, Chlorine isn't very fatal, so he's just fine.

7. I find that some of my best friends over the past year or so have come from this game. The rest from the Marine Corps. I must say that this game has one of the most tight knit communities that I have ever seen.

I have met and befriended people from more countries then I will ever travel to. It has been a most enlightening experience and is a consideration in my return :)




Also, I have a few really badass pictures of the iraqi sunset if you are interested :)

and one nice sunrise.

Ummm.


I'll be honest, i'm flat out bored. So i'm fishing for email trafic, and trying to contact my old SGW buddies to talk to. Also I have to organise my return in a few weeks.


Oh yeah, because I can't get on Msgr on this connection. If appy is out there, what's up dude :)

i was hoping the local iraqi markets would have one just floating somewhere in the market like more pirated stuff than china

Wii is too complicated to pirate. dvd's are easy. heck, they have a pirate dvd store ON base here lol.
