Just use msn/aim/yahoo etc.

hehe yeah i did. just wanted to know arround how many people i messaged asking them if they want to be my officer. must have been around 40-45. btw u can still message ur officers even if u have reached this limit. i guess officers dont count towards ur limit otherwise if u had 25 officers u'd be in trouble if u just sent 2 rounds to all of them.
