Motherships and Planets are unbalanced again.... It is way too easy to build a good mothership and be able to steal very well defended planets. MPDSD is good start to begin rebalancing motherships and planets. Under the current system spending market turns on two PPTs and one market turn on MPDSD generation, only one planet can be completely protected by MPDSD per week.

I suggest that on ascension server that 10% of your earned resources spent per day would create 1 days worth of MPDSD on the main server. Each additional 10% of your earned resources would produce another days worth of MPDSD on main. Thus if you spend 100% of your earned resources in ascended you could protect a maximum of 10 main server planets, but your ascended account would not grow. This would introduce new strategies and make the ascended server more interesting. Notice this 10 PERCENT of earned resources, so strong ascended players do not get an advantage over weaker players. For those player that believe that the descended penalty is not strong enough this would add more punch to the descended penalty, losing Planet protections on main as well as ascended bonuses.

People on vacation mode on the Ascended server would not be eligible for the MPDSD generation. Descended players would not be eligible for MPDSD until they are returned to the Ascended server.


Please comment constructively on this proposal. If you think it is not a good idea say that but explain why, so I can rewrite the proposal better in a redraft.
