is Attack turns modifyer working?

I heard about the AT mod not long ago, if your ranked 1-800 you get 1 at

per turn, 801-1600, 2 and 1601> , 3. But just now, i got 3 attack turns

while ranked 802, it might be that my rank is going back and forth into

first and second range, but shouldn't it be 1 or 2 at? how did i get 3?


Just want to ask if the at mod has been add to the server, or is it going to

be, if yes, when.

Just add one to what you were expecting. Forum modified the update after the first draft, so rank 1-800 get 2, 800-1600 get 3, and so on.

I think everyone is. I'm ranked around the mid hundreds and my friend in the thousands. We both get 3.
