Spying bug

I was trying to spy a guy and got this

I changed the number of spies....got the same thing

Tried to spy somebody else....no problems

Tried to spy him again...same error

His ID is 88743

dunno what's going on here

I tried spying him/her just for the hell of it and got the same problem.....

If someone can try taking a planet or attacking him/her we can see if the "fault" continues.
