Attack and be massed by friend (name of his MS which has weak strike)

and has tried to steal my officers planets on more than 1 occasion



seems to me like a UU farm and a really bad planet thief multi.... o yea spy level and anti spy level are both at 1 and is non-ascended seems strange to me that someone that has been playing that long has such a good UP but no stats and no spy levels........ could be wrong but i doubt it.
