The Bank/Raid/attack/Everything Bug

Went to raid 1 at on these 2 guys:

48062

Got this error:
Query failed: Table 'jwitzel_db.Activity_Log' doesn't exist
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /game/stargame/stargatewars.com/vsys.php:69) in /game/stargame/stargatewars.com/attack2.php on line 934

On the first one, i clicked back and then refreshed the attack again, it worked fine, but then tried refreshing for the second ID and got the same error.

EDIT: Its happening all over the place now , every time i use 1 at to raid.

GRR its hapening to me now, right in the middle of a mass/raid too

Guess it could be because of the DOS attacks if they are on again....

Its weird...

It come up with an error, then you go back and click attack log, and the attacks still go through.. You just don't seem them :S

It also seems they happen randomly for a period of time then it ceases to happen at all.
