Raiding

OK, since forum has decided to put a limit on UP planets, surely raiding should be improved to help people grow.
by this i mean, let people attack/raid {Ostracized} accounts again. we could in the past and then suddenly with no reason or warning.... we couldnt.
If you dont want these accounts to be used for easy resources then why are they still in the game at all?

i actually think amin should tidy up the server every 3 months or so, checking all for activity and delete the accounts who aren´t ... of course except those on vac mode ...so we won´t need that {Ostracized} crap ... i ddin´t really understood this thing nor do i now :p
