what are glory and repuatation points how do i get them ?

Honours and Awards
You get them when you are in top 100 in rank, once per turn. If you are in top 10 you get even more, and top 3? Oh well, I've never been lucky enough to be in top 3 so I wouldn't know

When the Glory & Reputation score reaches 1000, you have a new option to ascend, though you's still have to fulfill even more requirements.
