says it all in updates:
Command Star Available.
Please be sure to report all bugs...there are sure to be a few
How it works:
You can build up your own command star. This is your personal 'flagship' planet/star.
You must first build capacity to hold the forces that it can weild.
Once you have capacity, you can focus on developing those forces...There is an offence, and defence, force available. They are expensive in energy costs, but powerful.
These stars are mobile (under your direct will), and will lead the offensive/defensive in battle.
If there is an opposing star, they clash. If the offense is greater than the defense of the opposing star, the remaining force of offense is focused on the opposing stars offense capacity. If there is force remaining after that, it can infuse your fleets.
A star can ONLY doulbe the existing fleet strengths....more than that would cause them to explode.
If no opposition is met, all the star power infuses the fleets, up to the above maximum.
The only thing that damages a star, is another star.
Your command star does not contribute to attack/defense capacity or rank, although - per the above - it can influence the battle.
