ATK bug

I noticed the last few weeks. My 17 bil atk has been hitting for 11-13 bil... While everyone elses 15 bil def has been 20 bil + what is up with that?

offence has always deviates slighty u never hit ur maximum offence power ever unless u ascnded being whicch 2x it with blessing but ya this is normal so is the defence
